Özet
Bu çalışmada okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin okul müdürünün denetim rollerine ilişkin görüşleri üzerinden değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ordu İli Kumru İlçesi’ndeki 10 Okul Öncesi Öğretmeni ve 9 İlkokul ve 1 Anaokulu müdürü ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması amacıyla 15 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre Anasınıflarının denetimini yapacak okul müdürünün Okul Öncesi Eğitim konusunda bilgili ve tecrübeli olması gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra katılımcılar denetimin belirli bir zaman dilimden farklı olarak yıl boyunca yapılacak çalışmaların da denetim sonuçlarına yansıması gerektiğini vurgulamışlardır. Okul müdürleri de ders denetimi sonrası geri bildirimlerinin de farklı şekillerde bildirildiği, bazılarının da hiç geri dönüt vermediği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçta Okul Öncesi Eğitimin diğer eğitim kademelerinden daha hassas bilgi ve tecrübe gerektiren eğitimin ana kaynağı olmasından kaynaklı öğretmenlerinde ilgi ve destekle kendilerini yetiştirmeleri için okul müdürlerinin destek ve imkân sağlaması gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to evaluate preschool teachers through their views on the supervisory roles of the school principal. The study group of the research was interviewed with 10 Preschool Teachers and 9 Primary School and 1 Kindergarten principals in Kumru District of Ordu Province. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 15 questions was used to collect data. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis method. According to the results of the research, it has emerged that the school principal who will supervise the Kindergartens should be knowledgeable and experienced in Preschool Education. In addition, the participants emphasized that the audit should be reflected in the audit results of the studies to be carried out throughout the year, different from a certain time period. It has been determined that the feedbacks of school principals after the course supervision were reported in different ways, and some of them did not give any feedback at all. As a result, due to the fact that Pre-School Education is the main source of education that requires more sensitive knowledge and experience than other education levels, it has emerged that school principals should provide support and opportunities for teachers to educate themselves with interest and support.
