A 74-year-old Japanese male noticed an asymptomatic plaque on his back since 2016. Although his family doctor treated him with topical corticosteroids, the eruption did not improve. He was referred to our hospital one month later. Physical examination demonstrated a brownish erythematous indurated plaque, measuring over 20 cm on the back (figure 1A). Annular erythemas were also observed on the legs, neck, and back around the giant plaque (figure 1B). No eruptions were observed on the face or hands. [...]
