Use of folic acid nanosensors with excellent photostability for hybrid imaging

一种光稳定性优异的叶酸纳米传感器在混合成像中的应用

概要

前哨淋巴结绘图和肿瘤边界的确定能有效减少手术干预及提高患者的无复发生存率,在癌症手术中发挥重要作用。自体荧光成像(AFI)技术可提高肿瘤检测率且优化手术干预范围,可惜目前尚无可用于混合成像的荧光标记药物,而且荧光染料与叶酸结合时易出现光漂白现象。本研究首次报道了一种可用于同步混合成像的叶酸纳米传感器,其光稳定性优异且与AFI内窥镜兼容。经过量子点表面功能化处理后,该纳米传感器能够与MCF-7癌细胞有效结合,从而可使用普通AFI设备进行同步混合成像诊断,进行前哨淋巴结绘图和确定肿瘤边界,这不仅降低诊断的成本,也提高了诊断的可靠性。
