Abstract: ＜正＞发展少数民族地区媒体特别是少数民族语文的新闻传播事业及其研究,是一项造福子孙万代的"文化民生"工程。何谓"文化民生"?笔者的理解就是通过各种不同的媒体,以平民的视角,关注百姓生计,关心百姓的文化生活。少数民族地区的媒体,特别是少数民族语文的媒体更应以少数民族喜闻乐见的视角记录少数民族百姓的日常生活和精神状态。各类少数民族新闻栏目(节
