蓖麻对镉污染土壤的修复潜力

Abstract: 采用营养液栽培试验研究不同品种蓖麻对镉的积累与耐性特征的影响,分析不同有机酸对蓖麻耐镉的影响,采用盆栽试验研究蓖麻对土壤镉的积累和迁移能力。结果显示,在淄蓖麻5个品种中淄蓖麻5号对镉的耐性与积累最好,6号对镉的耐性与积累性最差。在土壤镉含量为25 mg/kg时,蓖麻株高和植株干质量最大,但随着土壤镉含量的增加,蓖麻生长变慢、植株变小,在土壤镉含量为200 mg/kg时出现较明显的叶片黄化、根系发黑等重金属中毒症状。说明低浓度的镉促进蓖麻生长,高浓度镉抑制蓖麻的生长。
