Urgensi Teori Hirarki Kebutuhan dari Abraham Maslow Dalam Sebuah Organisasi

Abstract


Teori Hirarki Kebutuhan dari Maslow menggambarkan bagaimana seseorang mencapai tingkat kebutuhan dan kepuasannya, maka orang  itu akan mengejar kebutuhan yang lebih tinggi berikutnya dalam hierarki. Teori ini sangat relevan dalam membangun dan membesarkan organisasi, karena didalamnya terdiri dari individu-individu yang bertindak dan berbuat dengan kinerja dan etos kerja yang prima. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Maslow dengan teorinya dapat menjelaskan tingkat kepuasan dan motivasi individu dalam kelompok dan organisasi. Selain dapat membangun loyalitas anggota organisasi dengan motivasi hirarki kebutuhan.
