Editorial

From the journal Nanophotonics

In its inaugural year, Nanophotonics has offered an authoritative and critical new voice for scholarship on the interaction of light and matter at the nanoscale, publishing highly cited articles and making them publicly available online.

In its second year, Nanophotonics continues its emphasis with review articles assembling the cross-disciplinary perspectives of world leaders, while expanding its research article focus on the state of the art. We are proud to announce that this year, Nanophotonics increases its publication rate and becomes a bimonthly scientific journal.

Under the leadership of Prof. Federico Capasso (Head of the Editorial Board) and the support of the Editorial Board, the journal is also introducing a new Associate Editorial Board. This Board is comprised of leading authorities and pioneers who will complement the existing Editorial Board. We warmly welcome our new Associate Editors and are pleased to garner their support and expertise.
