최근 한국여성운동의 변화는 성공적인 성평등 정책의 법제화에도 불구하고 여전히 가부장적인 법을 비롯한 사회적 실천들과 일상에서의 성차별 및 성폭력에 대한 정당한 분노에서 시작된 것이다. 이들 청년 여성운동가들은 기존 여성운동가나 학자들의 도움 없이 새로운 정치전략을 고안하고 젊은 여성들의 문화적 지형을 획기적으로 변화시켰다. 하지만 청년여성운동이 여성들의 경험을 드러내고 표현할 수 있는 문화적 도구들을 풍부하게 만들고 또 그것을 활용할 다양한 기회를 제공함으로써 그동안 한국여성운동에서 취약했던 사회적 실천을 정치화하는 작업을 연 것은 사실이지만, 어떠한 효과적인 정치전략도 사회의 다른 구성원들의 반응을 통한 지속적인 적응적 변화가 동반되지 않으면 그 효율성을 유지할 수 없게 되고 궁극적으로 퇴행적인 형태로 고착되게 된다. 이 연구는 실천이론과 그 정치적 구현인 아고니즘 정치를 통해 후 기근대에 적합한 청년여성운동의 정치전략 모색과 함께 그 적응적 변화를 통한 개선작업을 논의한다. 특히 최근 청년여성운동의 새로운 정치전략인 혐오 미러링, 탈코르셋과 4B운동을 중심으로 래디컬 페미니즘과 교차성 페미니즘 간의 접점을 살펴본 후 이 두 정치전략이 근대의 틀에서 생성된 정치전략임을 밝힌다. 그리고 그 한계를 넘어설 수 있는 정치전략으로 아고니즘 정치를 제안한다.

The new young women’s movement began in Korea in 2015 from justifiable anger against anachronous social practices including legal practices and persistent sexual discrimination and violence in everyday life, despite successful gender equality legislation in the past two-and-a-half decades. Effectively using novel online and offline political strategies devised by themselves without much help from incumbent feminists, these young radical feminists transformed the entire young women’s cultural terrain. This young women’s movement created diverse cultural tools for women to convey and share their experiences as well as tap opportunities to utilize them, which had been deficient in the previous women’s movement in Korea. Nevertheless, political strategies cannot avoid the risk of degeneration, without continuous adaptation in response to reactions from other members of the society. This study analyzes the political strategies adopted by this young women’s movement and explores ways to improve them from the perspective of social practice theory and agonistic politics. Specifically, this work focuses on their hate-mirroring strategy, Tal-Corset (taking off corset), and 4B (no dating, no sex, no marriage, and no childbirth) movements as the site of theoretical contention between radical and intersectional feminism, showing that both these feminist political strategies have originated from the framework of modernity. Finally this work recommends agonistic politics as a strategy to transcend their limits.
