Abstract: The rising of electronic commerce affects domestic and foreign trade significantly.Under the impact of new booming E-commerce,the traditional trade organization,form and operation mode are all under pressure.The researcher studies why E-commerce affects traditional trade subversively and how the mechanism of E-commerce changes the retailing,wholesale and international trade.The article analyzes the impact mechanism of E-commerce on the development of trade from six aspects,from which it proposes the innovation of trade theory.
