事业单位改革历史考

Abstract: 事业单位是有中国特色的一种组织,国外虽有承担公共职能的类似组织,但因法律传统不一,如今绝大多数国家均有专门法律对其加以定位。从20世纪80年代以来,我国一直强调事业单位改革的必要性与迫切性,目前中国事业单位改革情境到底如何?本文欲从中央政策与法律出发,对中国事业单位体制改革过程进行梳理,为当下"改革向纵深方向发展"之事业单位变造提供参考。
