我国地方政府融资模式研究——以西安市政府融资为例

Abstract: 随着我国工业化和城市化进程的加快,我国地方政府财政资金不足的问题日益显现。通过比较我国各地方政府不同的融资模式,发现西安市政府融资模式中存在结构不合理,方式单一,平台利用不足,风险较大等问题;在分析了各种融资模式利弊的基础上,提出了适合西安市政府采用的三种融资方式及相关建议。
