农村居民社区医疗卫生服务需求与利用实证分析

Abstract: 对山东省农村居民社区医疗卫生服务的需求与利用情况进行了问卷调查分析。结果表明,农村居民对社区医疗卫生服务的可及性、知晓率、满意度和利用率都较高,性别、年龄、个人收入和医保形式是影响居民利用情况的主要因素。目前仍然存在着医疗设施不足、技术水平不高、医疗收费满意度低、慢性病防治体系不完善等问题,需要采取相应的措施来解决。
