Abstract: As a kind of newly demonstrated beams, the most attractive feature of Airy beams is the ability to freely accelerate during propagation, just like the orbit of a quantum mechanical particle in the gravitational field and then Airy beams is called accelerating beams. In this paper, we provide a way to control the acceleration of Airy beams based on our experiment, whose results will expand the application of Airy beams.
