Abstract: Processing of agricultural products is an important link for improving primary value of agricultural products and farmers’ income level. The development status of agricultural products processing industry in Luotian County,Hubei Province was introduced,the main existing problems were analyzed,finally,several suggestions were put forward,such as further intensifying the building of advantage agricultural products standardization base; strengthening the base of fine management; improving the level of fruit storage,preservation; expanding the scale of agricultural products processing enterprises; improving finishing skills of agricultural products processing enterprises.
