Discussion on the Teaching Reform of Laboratory Animal Science in the Undergraduate Specialty of Food Quality and SafetyChinese Full Text

Abstract: The present situation of food quality and safety specialty and problems existing in the teaching of laboratory animal science were analyzed. Teaching reform of laboratory animal science was briefly expounded from several aspects of rational course time setting,experimental class hour adjustment,increasing of background knowledge,mental maladjustment elimination of students and perfection of assessment methods to adapt to the talent training requirement of food quality and safety specialty.
