Abstract: ＜正＞患者女,44岁,4个月前无明显诱因出现头晕,无恶心、呕吐,未接受治疗;1周前再次出现头晕,伴恶心、呕吐。神经系统查体以及血常规、肝功能、肾功能、血糖、血脂检查均未见异常。MRI:平扫示脑桥内大片状对称性稍长T1稍长T2信号（图1A、1B）,FLAIR序列呈稍高信号,DWI呈等信号,ADC值降低。双侧侧脑室周围白质内见多发条片状异常信号,T2WI及FLAIR序列均呈高信号,T1WI呈稍低信号或显示不清,DWI
