地方融资平台融资渠道的比较研究——基于雷达图分析法的视角

Abstract: 地方融资平台是我国地方政府性债务的主要举借主体,对比和分析地方融资平台的不同融资渠道,研究其优劣所在,有助于明确地方政府债务风险的来源,进而从源头上防控风险的积累。该文运用雷达图分析法,针对融资规模、政府隐性担保、债务期限、资金使用灵活性、市场约束力、融资门槛和融资成本等7个方面进行赋值分析,直观展示了地方融资平台4种融资方式的优缺点及其风险控制关键节点。
