混合所有制经济下的国有企业竞争力发展研究

Abstract: 中共十八届三中全会明确提出,发展中国社会主义经济,必须以发展混合所有制为核心,国有企业的控股权,将对外资或是民资开放,这对国企来说既有利、也有弊。在发展混合所有制经济中,国有企业的竞争力在于:通过明确企业产权,保护与放大国有资产功能;通过引进多元投资主体,提高国有企业发展活力;通过完善混合所有制机制,培育优化机构投资者;通过发挥独立董事会的作用,保护国有企业资产;通过构建合理的产业结构,发展壮大关键领域的国有资产。我国将通过发挥国有企业的主体与支柱作用,实现发展与完善混合所有制经济的目的。
