Abstract: 文章从动物生理生化实验室的角度探讨实验室文化建设,提出了包括实验室物质文化、教学文化、管理文化以及人文文化五个方面的内涵与构建举措,为进一步提高实验室的建设水平和发挥教育功能奠定理论基础。
