不同方法对旋毛虫传代效果影响的研究

Abstract: 为了为实现旋毛虫在保种、传代、维持生活循环等操作步骤上的标准化,保障所藏虫种生物性状的稳定性,通过用500蚴的肌旋毛虫感染小白鼠、大白鼠、家兔,与应用含青霉素、链霉素（各1 000 U/mL）和20%小牛血清的Emtm培养液体外培养传代两种方法进行比较试验。结果表明:活体传代技术优于体外培养,说明应该使用小鼠与大鼠一起保种的原则。
