英国农业援外项目评价体系研究与启示

Abstract: 近年来,随着中国以示范中心和南南合作形式为代表的农业援外项目规模的不断扩大,为促进项目的可持续发展,项目监测评价工作开始被提上日程。本文通过分析作为世界主要发达国家对外援助机构之一的英国国际发展部的援外项目评价体系,对比研究中英项目评价体系的特点,为中国农业援外项目评价工作的开展提供可借鉴的经验与启示。
