Abstract: The single and small batch complicated products are playing irreplaceable roles in product design, and the internal environment and the production level of the enterprise need to be fully considered during the process of the requirement modeling of the single and small batch complicated products. The process of requirement gaining, analysis and modeling need the participation of technician of the enterprise. A method to determine product structure importance which is based on group analysis theory was proposed. Combined with the method of the House of Quality, the method of HOD（House of Decision） was proposed for decision.And the mapping process from the demanding view to the structure view is completed by AHP.
