Abstract: The rubber ball cleaning device is the best equipment for effective cleaning the cooling tube of central air-conditioning, it′s appearance design is affected by function, technical conditions, operating environment and so on. Human-machine-environment systematic design principle is used to analyze existing products,which provides a theoretical basis for improvement design of overall modeling. Taking the modeling optimization design of rubber ball cleaning device of ambitious large central air-conditioning as an example, the human-machine relationship is selected as starting point, the optimization design is carried out for the parts operated by user beings, then the safety and comfort meet the basic requirement.
