Abstract: ＜正＞患者,女,64岁,因突发意识不清伴左侧肢体无力2 h余于2012年8月7日入院。既往有高血压病史,平素无规则治疗。入院时检查:神志呈浅昏迷状,双眼向右侧凝视,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,直径约3.0 mm,对光反射灵敏,左侧鼻唇沟变浅,颈软无抵抗,痛刺激下右上肢可定位,右下肢可抬举,左侧上
