AECOPD患者呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌耐药性分析

Abstract: ＜正＞引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作（AECOPD）的最常见原因是下呼吸道感染,40%~60%的AECOPD患者的痰液中可分离出细菌,其中铜绿假单胞菌是AECOPD患者特别是重症AECOPD患者下呼吸道感染的重要病原菌之一[1]。为了解AECOPD患者下呼吸道感染铜绿假单胞菌及耐药情况,笔者对本院2010-2012年送检的AECOPD患者下呼吸道标本中分离的铜绿假单胞菌进行了耐药分析,为临床治疗提供依据,现将结果报道如下。
