显色原位杂交技术及其在临床病理中的应用

Abstract: <正>显色原位杂交(chromogenic in situ hybridization,CISH)是一种近几年来替代荧光原位杂交(Fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)用以检测基因扩增的新方法。它最早于2000年应用于检测乳腺癌HER-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor type-2,HER-2)基因扩增,目前该技术已经日渐完善,并应用于胃癌、肺癌、结肠癌、淋巴瘤等疾病的实验室及临床研究。本文主要就CISH的基本原理、特点及其临床病理应用,与FISH方法进行比较做一综述。
