多排螺旋CT引导下骨肿瘤诊断性穿刺活检的护理对策

Abstract: 目的:分析多的护理对策。方法:回顾性分析我院2011-03~2012-12间收治并行排螺旋CT引导下骨肿瘤穿刺活检患者141例,并评估其围穿刺活检期工作中护理工作方式及指导。结果:141例患者均行穿刺术成功,全部患者术后均未发生穿刺部位血管神经损伤或针孔处感染等并发症。结论:做好充分的穿刺术前准备工作,熟练地术中配合,加强术后护理干预可有效预防并发症并提高穿刺术成功率。
