Abstract: ＜正＞麻醉后恢复室（PACU）是对麻醉后的病人进行严密观察和监测,完成清醒后拔管,保证病人安静无痛,直至病人的生命指征完全恢复稳定的地方[1]。麻醉和手术对病人的生理影响并不因手术的结束而终止,大多数病人恢复过程很平稳,单仍可发生各种并发症,严重时危及生命。尤其肿瘤病人高龄多、术前状态差、多脏器受累、手术范围大,使苏醒恢复期间情况复杂,护理难度增大。我院从2008年10月成立了PACU,共有6张床,2013年全年收人26420例,充分保证
