完善学术期刊双向匿名审稿制度的几点思考

Abstract: 如何确保学术期刊双向匿名审稿制度的公正性,是该制度建立以来一直面临的争议,其关键问题是建立对评审专家的有效监督机制。对此,可从单数多人评审规则、评审结论异议制度、评审专家信用评级制度等多个角度进行。同时,还应结合学术期刊的现状,逐步探索有限度的评审专家署名制度。
