Design of Diesel Engine Ferrographie Oil Analysis Based on Fuzzy Extension Constraint ControlChinese Full Text

Abstract: Ship diesel oil and iron spectrum analysis is an important method to realize fault diagnosis.The traditional method of marine diesel engine fault detection method is taken based on spectrum analysis of oil liquid iron by the ultrasonic solid-liquid interface detection algorithm,resulting in diesel engine fault signal appeared and the detection effect is not good.A fuzzy extension constraint control diesel oil ferrography fault diagnosis method is proposed.Hardware system of fault detection is designed,the power is designed based on ADSP-BF537,and ADM706 SAR chip is used to design the reset circuit.In algorithm design,oil ferrography analysis energy equation is constructed with set fuzzy rules,fuzzy extension constraint control condition is used for compensation oil ferrography analysis model uncertainty,the accurate localization and detection of fault is realized.The experimental results show that,the method has better fault point positioning accuracy,and it has multiple fault condition monitoring response performance,the accurate fault detection probability increases significantly.
