图片干预在沟通障碍手术患者中的效果观察

Abstract: ＜正＞在临床上,经常会遇到一些文化层次较低,只会地方方言的患者,这样的患者进入手术室后,由于医护人员无法与其进行正常沟通,容易使患者产生一定程度的焦虑、恐惧心理,而且患者不能很好配合医务人员进行各种操作,干扰了麻醉及手术的顺利实施。我院自2008年开始为沟通障碍手术患者制作一系列图片,用于术前访视和术中沟通,取得一定的效果,现报告如下。
