A survey of the veteran soldiers on employmentChinese Full Text

Abstract: Based on the educational technology of Peking university,this study investigates the Chinese veterans retired from the army from 2005 to 2012.Result shows that veterans have diversified types of jobs in large or medium-sized cities.Meanwhile,most veterans rely on relatives and friends for their employment.Their incomes and satisfactions are both relatively low,regardless of their posts,length of military service and types of jobs.So,all levels of government should support veterans and improve the policies,to make them satisfied with employment.
