On the Issue of China’s Parallel ImportsChinese Full Text

Abstract: With the promotion of intellectual property rights protection and trade liberalization,the issue of parallel imports is receiving increasing attention in developed countries and regions in the international trade of intellectual property rights.This paper makes an analysis of the provisions on parallel imports and terms on parallel imports for developed countries and regions.It is suggested that China should establish the legitimacy of parallel imports in its relative laws and modify some terms in Law of Intellectual Property Rights and Law of International Trade,and finally protect the healthy development of China’s intellectual property rights trade to foreign countries.Specific suggestions are also given.
