Rapid determination of admixture content in cement with conductivity methodChinese Full Text

Abstract: By continuous determination of electrical conductivity, for the water-cement suspension(W/C=500), variation of electrical conductivity curve of the sample could be obtained. The working curve of clinker content and electrical conductivity was established by choosing optimal data that had a good correlativity. The clinker content(contain gypsum) would be determined by the working curve, and the total content of water insoluble admixture in cement could be calculated. The results showed that absolute deviation of admixture total content and real content should be lower than 1.5% for the cement with same clinker, no matter how much kinds of admixture had been added.
