Abstract: In order to solve the problem of broken residual film recycle and separation between the residual film and soil, the stud type residual film recycling machine was designed based on the research and reference of similar machine recycling machines at home and abroad. The general structure, working principle and the analysis and design of key working parts were expounded. The machine could automatic unloading membrane with recovery more than 90%, it is good in picking up feature and economic benefits.
