Abstract: Taoism has a history of two thousand years,whose doctrine is passed on from one generation to the next,and has the typical features of respecting teachers and teaching,thus a treasure of traditional Chinese culture.The paper adopts the sociology of knowledge as the theoretical basis and analyzes the interaction among teaching,scriptures and teachers.The Taoist relationship between the teacher and the students based on kinship can shed some light on the existing relations between teachers and students,between parents and children,which may help the construction of a harmonious campus,a harmonious family and a harmonious society.
