Abstract: Combining with the traffic situation in Xi’an,this paper analyzes the causes of Xi’an traffic congestion,through the discussion on roads,parking,public transportation system and other urban problems,proposed establishment city slow traffic system,achievement the separation of people and vehicles,bus priority strategy and other traffic optimization measures,so as to solve well the traffic problems in Xi’an.
