Abstract: Through analyzing and studying critical technology problems of cross section,interchange and system conversion of assembling ＆ evacuation port highway during the 2nd period,the article puts forward some design concepts and countermeasures for realizing port-city separation,which reduces port-city traffic contradictory and improves assembling ＆ evacuation environment of new coastal area.
