Abstract: From the microscopic and macroscopic aspects,the paper analyzes the relevance between the business office architectural allocation and market value in Guangzhou,sums up its internal rules by the statistic measures,and points out the urban planning must adhere to the demands for the internal economic development,so as to lead the coordinative development between the urban space and the economic development.
