当前农业规模经营的三种路径

Abstract: 基于调查经验和文献梳理,文章辨析了当前我国农业规模经营中三种路径的内在机制和相互作用。研究发现,农业企业化路径虽然改变了小农经济的面貌,却无法解决农业生产中的劳动监督和高度风险问题;农业企业化的失效催生了一大批规模适当的家庭农场,因为经营效果较佳,具有较强的生命力;但是各地政府出台的家庭农场扶持政策却在消解着以"中坚农民"为经营主体的适度规模经营的存在空间,而这些"中坚农民"不仅改造着传统农业而且在村庄中发挥着中间阶层的作用。
