Abstract: Under the electronic commerce environment, high quality logistics service has become the focus of business and customer on the express supply chain. In the age of big data, data mining method can more effectively help express enterprises manage their logistics service risk. Firstly, we establish the B2C express logistics risk evaluation index system, and then set up logistics risk evaluation model based on rough set and support vector machine. Finaliy, we carry on the application study combining with examples by identifying and classifying the risk information set.
