基于实践社群的员工创业对产业集群的影响

Abstract: 外部政策推动和产业内部演化,是形成产业集群的两种主要机制,当前的文献研究着重于产业集群形成,对产业集群持续性发展缺乏足够的重视。产业区域内的实践社群是产业集群形成并得以延续的重要内在凝聚机制,在产业实践社群内,存在非正式的产业知识传播、共享和创造平台,从而员工能够获得丰富的创业知识,激发员工创业。新创企业出于知识创造的效应而偏向选址于产业聚集区域,同时产业聚集区域也因为新创企业的出现而扩大产业聚集效应,促进产业集群的持续性发展,
