当前人民内部利益矛盾的现状、特点、成因及对策

Abstract: 当前我国正处于经济社会高速发展的关键时期,各种利益关系发生了重大变化,人民内部利益矛盾日益凸现,呈现出利益主体多元化、利益结构复杂化、利益冲突公开化的特点。在社会体制转型期,只有正确认识人民内部利益矛盾的现状,准确把握人民内部利益矛盾的新特点、深入分析人民内部利益矛盾产生的根本原因,才能按照统筹兼顾的原则有效协调人民内部利益矛盾。
