Data from yeast surface display (Table 5) and sequence alignment (Fig 3B) were mapped onto the crystal structure of DENV-1 DIII to visualize the composite epitopes of different neutralizing MAbs. Recognition sites include N-terminal region, light purple; lateral ridge (BC, DE, and FG loops), dark purple; A-strand, cyan; and F- and G-strand, green.
