GL261-injected WT mice (solid line) and C57BL/6 TCR-δ-/- mice (B6.129P2-TCR-δtm1Mom/J) (dashed line) received intracranial injections of 5.0 x 105 GL261 cells and were monitored for survival.
Median survival for TCRδ-/- mice was no different than WT, showing that the absence of γδ T cells does not significantly effect survival.
