TG neurons from rats were pretreated with morphine (1 μM), DAMGO (1 μM), herkinorin (10 μM), or vehicle (0.1% DMSO) for 15 min. Cells were rinsed and association of TRPV1 and β-arrestin2 was assessed via co-immunoprecipitation and Western blot (WB) analysis.
