The heatmaps show the unsupervised hierarchical clustering of BAL elements, bacterial counts in lung homogenate (CFU), and pulmonary cytokines assessed using Spearman's correlation in response to S. maltophilia infection by Sm111 CF (D) or C39 (E) strain.
