Prognostic value of cell cycle proliferation (CCP) gene score in bladder cancer and lung adenocarcinoma.

A, prognostic value of CCP score for progression in bladder cancer in the CNUH (N = 165), Lindgren (N = 97), and Dyrskjot (N = 353) cohorts. In the CNUH and Lindgren cohorts, follow-up time was not available so we evaluated the ability of CCP score to discriminate between non-progressors (NP) and progressors (P) as described in Materials and Methods. In the Dyrskjot cohort, Kaplan-Meier (KM) curves for progression-free survival (PFS) were generated for patients with CCP scores at the lower (green), middle (blue), and upper (red) 33% and the log rank P-value of the continuous CCP score is reported.
