Effect of rapamycin and wortmannin on phosphorylation of p85 protein by H2O2.

MCF7 cells were treated with 0.4 mM H2O2 for 30 min. Where indicated, MCF7 cells were pre-incubated with 100 nM wortmannin or 20 nM rapamycin for 60 min before treatment with H2O2. Cell lysates were analyzed by Western blot with the indicated antibodies. Molecular weight markers are indicated on the left.
