Silencing of ATG10 expression reduces cell proliferation in HCT116 cells.

HCT116 cells were transiently transfected with either scrambled negative siRNA (Scram) or ATG10 specific siRNA (siATG10) then the cell proliferation rate was daily determined using a CCK-8 assay kit (a). The down-regulation of ATG10 by siRNA was confirmed with Western blot analysis (b). Data are represented by the mean±SEM (n = 3).
